Yuyao Songyuan Motor Vehicle Safety Belts Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 as Beijing Songyuan Motor Vehicle Safety Belts Co., Ltd. We are operating all types of vehicle seat belt assembly factories for specialized products. With beautiful, safe and comfortable working environment, we have staff of 300 people in our department of Production and Technology, the department of quality, the sales department, purchasing department, Finance Department and six other major departments. Our workshops are divided into the assembly shop and punch workshops, and other three main injection workshops.

Songyuan Company has first-rate production lines and advanced test equipment, and has a well-trained, excellent skilled staff. Our product performance can fully meet national GB14166-2003, GB8410-2006, the CNCA - 02C-026:2004, and other relevant industrial standards. To make our products more competitive and the company management standardization, in 2003, we were approved by the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) and ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Certification; In August 2006, we've passed Difficulty:2002 certification. We have established good relationships with company famous automobile enterprises, including Dongfeng Liuqi, Foton Auto, Zhengzhou Nissan Palladin, Zhengzhou Yutong, Xiangfan Auto, Guilin Daewoo, Baoding Dadi, Bank of China Yang Zi, Xiamen Jinlong, Dandong dawn, the Great Wall in Hebei, Hebei Shuanghuan, JiangNan Aotuo, Xian Silver. Our production capacity of various seat belts is up to two million pieces.

Songyuan products include four basic types: Three-point seat belts emergency Locks (HA301), two-point seat Automatic Locking seat belts (HA201), Simple three-point seats (HA300) and simple two-point seats (HA200) safety belts. Customers' requests can also be made.

Our main production equipment are 8 tonnage Punches (including two hydraulic punches), 25 injection molding machines and metal, polishing and other processing equipment. Apart from meeting the requirements of customers for stamping and plastic injection parts, we can also supply other belt. The main supporting automobile manufacturers are Chongqing Changan, Liuzhou WULING Changan, Geely, Qingling, and Nanjing Chang'an.
